We are now accepting application for Aisle Partol/Moderator and Games Department.

Below are some guidelines to go by:

Requirements:
Must be a member in good standing at RCT*Mart.
Must be 16 years of age or older.
May not be on staff at more than one other RCT web community site.
May not be owner/administrator of another RCT web community site.

Recommendations:
Prior experience in a Moderator capacity at another RCT web community (preferrably one with Invision Power Board in use).
Able to devote at least 5-10 hours a week to moderating at RCT*Mart.

Duties:
Actively participating in the RCT*Mart forums (includes posting in "The Greeter" when new members join, celebrate birthdays, etc.).
Helping RCT*Mart members understand how the forums work, where things are located, etc.
Provide assistance to members (i.e. answering questions, etc.).
Closing, pinning, moving, splitting and editing post/threads when nessesary.
Monitor the forums (including member profiles) for any violations of RCT*Mart TOS.
Warn members when in violation of rules (following established RCT*Mart Warning Procedures).
Suspend members when in violation of rules after 5 warnings.

Accountability:
Position reports directly to the Store Manager.
