Well, looks like those darn flying monkeys were more trouble than they may have been worth.
But we've finally figured out the problem we encountered after first releasing the objects and I'm happy to announce that my advisors have advised me (as I pay them to do) that we can once again accept applications for developers to join the Emerald City Amusements Development Project Team. Our current team has prepped the park but have left plenty of room for you to meet the application requirements: Build 10 more coasters all with an Excitement rating of at least 6.0. You're encouraged to complete the theming and round out the park and to post screenshots as your application here in the forums.
To help you complete your task, we've provided you with over $2,000,000, along with the new custom RCT2 Wizard of Oz scenery, two new custom rides from Methusalem, new paths, and more. If you need more money, just let us know. We have several 'irregular' gold bricks that we can easily put through the shredder and turn into gold coins.
So if you think you're up to the challenge, and have what it takes to make the Emerald City Amusements Development Project Team, you're welcome to download the files and try your hand at completing the park.
Special thanks to the initial Emerald City Amusements Development Project Team:Methusalem (custom rides)

***PLEASE NOTE: If you downloaded the scenario or DATs after they were initially released, they may cause a conflict if you have Wacky Worlds installed. The Entrance file (OZENTRAN.DAT) had the same name as the Australian Entrance from Wacky Worlds. Even though the game will not overwrite your WW files, it will cause an internal error within RCT2 that will prevent you from using the Oz entrance (and possibly the Australian one, too). If you previously downloaded the files, we ask that you delete them (do NOT delete the WW version of OZENTRAN.DAT) and re-download these latest files***
