Could someone please give me the link to download harry potters park. It was not completed but it was great. I lost it due to a hard drive crash.

There are 2 parks that feature the Harry Potter custom scenery. The initial release by MidWestBoyInLA is available in this topic - "Harry Potter's Enchanted Theme Park"; just scroll down near the bottom of the second posting for the download. A few months later Fossil came out with a great park that uses the Harry Potter scenery - "The Magic Academy"; just click on the enroll here link which will take you to Fossil's Dig Site and the download.
