Based on what was posted, both Tempelman and Carrie have other things to deal with. Carrie is heavily involved in Twisted Sims and has that as her primary focus as far as the site goes. Tempelman is dealing with school, which I'm sure is getting more involved for him now. And then there are the real life issues that both have to deal with.

When the site will close is most likely April 5th based on the date that was in the announcement Tempelman posted.

So, you have the when and why. As far as I can tell, there are no reall issues that are causing this other than the fact that time has taken its toll on another RCT site.

I do suggest that you head over there and download anything you want from there. There's a lot of information available there too.

Yeah, that's true. Unfortunately Carrie and I don't have time for the site anymore. There are a couple of more reasons, but I'm not going to be drawn into that.

As NForce said, we'll close the forums and site on Thursday 5 April. I want to make sure that everybody has their stuff, including the Hosted Designers. However, if somebody doesn't get their stuff after the site has closed, then please PM me over here at the Mart. We make a back-up of the site in case this might happen. We keep the back-up for the future as well, when there's some more news in the community, we might start the site again. I will be around sometimes on RCT sites I'm registered to, but that's it.

Take care and hopefully we can still be in touch with each other.
