Yeah, I guess I'm a little mad that I didn't get promoted to staff but I guess it's for the best.
I haven't been around the mart for a while anyway. I'm 16 and people think I'm not mature enough for a job here. And I don't play RCT anymore. I just got played out on it. So please just continue to brush me aside and pick other people please. I just love being ignored. :-) |

The staff will pick whoever they think is good enough for the possition.. Just be patient, that's all i can say, and stop feeling sorry for yourself. Enough said. We had several applicants for only a few positions this time but we took each applicant into consideration. It's never easy picking one person over another, but it's something as management that we need to do when it comes to picking new staff. Unfortunately someone is always disappointed, and there's little we can do about that. The best advice I can give is to stick with it, keep participating in the site (which you do, no doubt about that) and don't the disappointment overshadow your ability to make positive contributions. |
