In the past, we've been "Reloaded", "Revolutionized", and now, we bring you what we consider the best one yet, "Re-Opened".

RCT Resource brings back our last version of our site, similair forums, and everything else, with the same 'ole bright smiling, friendly faces you loved and got to know so close.

Come on over today and check out this highly anticipated re-opening, and if you're new to the community, see what all the buzz used to be about. Afterall, before we closed, we were the World's Largest RCT3 Resource.

We hope to see you registered on our forums, finding use out of our topsites, and enjoying all our other features as well. Let's also not foget our packed "Information Kiosk" with tutorials, info articles, cheats, interviews, reviews, and everything else you need to know!

Visit us today, we're finally open to the public.
http://www.rctresource.com

Sincerely,
OJ & The RCT Resource Staff

I couldn't read that post, because you have to register just to read what you are registering for. >_>

Not sure what the problem is here. I'm not registered at either site, but I was able to see the site. As for the downloads, that is where you need to be a registered member in order to download.

Many sites are set up the same way, the RCT* Mart included. You have to be a member of the site in order to access the downloads. Lucky for us, it is free to register & the downloads are free as well.

If you look on our homepage, in the very center of the page, at the top right under out logo in plain view it tells you what you get for subscribing...

Which is exactly what Wagi quoted you.

As no means of offence, it might would help if you actually took a look around before jumping to conclusions and making innacurate statements.

But it's ridiculous to ask people to register if they can't even see the kind of community they are joining. So what if you show the front page of the forums. Unless they can see the posts and the type of people there, why should they register with they're eyes closed?

That's not fair to your guests at all, and is actually not the same as how it is done here. There's a difference between hiding downloads forums and such to guests and hiding all posts.

That's your opinion, its the only complaint we've gotten. We're not going to offer content or services to people who don't want to give atleast the small commitment of being a member to us in return.

It's got us 104 members to date, and we've been open what, not quite a month? While not all are posting, we do plan in the future to tread through them and remove the non-posters, but we'll ofcourse give them some time. However, many are indeed posting, and having a great time and giving us some great comments and reviews.

But just because that's the way you're planning to run the new fansite we all know you've been working on (unless you've given up and dropped it), doesn't mean that's the way I have to.

lol. Nice attempt at trying to make jabs at me. Shows your maturity level. I stick to what I say. You're not even letting them preview what they're signing-up for. A blind registration isn't fair, no matter how many people register accounts with 0 post counts.

And as far as my work goes, what website?

Actually, it's time this was closed just because of the ongoing discussions between OJ and Freak.

Sorry about this OJ, but you and Freak need to resolve this either through PMs or IM. It doesn't belong in these forums.
