Valiating your registration Options

Thank you for registering at RCT*Mart. In order to assist you in completing your registration, we have set up this special area for Validating members. To help minimize confusion, you will only be able to see this forum until you complete your registration.

After you completed your RCT*Mart registration you should have recieved the following message:


An email has been sent to the email address you provided when you registered. You will not be able to complete your registration until you follow the instructions in that email. Please be sure to check your email for your validation letter. The message will look like this:


Click on the link provided in the email to complete you registration.

If you have looked in your email inbox and have not found the validation email, please try one of the following:

1) Check your spam or junk mailbox. Sometimes, depending on your mail service, emails from forums such as this will autmatically filter the validation email into your Spam folder (since many spammers abuse forum registrations). If the email is in your junk folder simply move it to your inbox and follow the instructions.

2) If you don't see the validation email in your spam inbox, you can click on "Resend Validation" (see image below; the link is located at the top of the forums under the banner when you sign in). Please be patient, though. While the validation email often arrives instantly, it can sometimes take up to 10 minutes for the email to arrive in your inbox (depending on any sever delays, etc.).


After clicking on the "Resend Validation" link you will get this following message:


Just enter the username you registered with, click on the "Search and Send" button.

You will then get this message next stating you should recieve the new validation email within 10 minutes:


The 2nd email will look like the first one that should have been sent:


If you did not receive the 2nd validation letter this could mean that your email address you entered upon filling out the form is wrong (or that your inbox is full, or that your mail provider has rejected the email and bounced it back to us).

If you continue to have problems validating your account, please post a new topic in this section and one of our administrators will check it out for you. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.
