A Halloween Scenario for RCT2

Trick or treat! Let's hope that this one is a treat. It's Halloween once again, and my very first RCT2 scenario (which I banged out in the first week after I got the game) has gotten a much needed facelift.
There was no custom scenery back then. There were no trainers, either, which made setting the starting cash amount rather...interesting.
Your peeps are ready to party. Host 1,800 of them by the end of October, Year 3 to win this scenario. There's lots of room, lots of rides and generous financing, but better put on your booties 'cause it's cold outside (wait, wait...that' line is for Groundhog Day).

As usual with scenarios that have custom scenery, the game may crash the first time you start the scenario if you don't have all the objects. The second time is usually fine. Sometimes a ride does not export correctly. If this happens, you will need to download the original LOTR scenarios in order to use this one.
