All aboard, and make sure you 'ave your sea legs about you, mate. Lay-down Matey is the smallest package of this track pack, with a very modest 27 x 10 footprint. The space is used efficiently.
The downside is that the tightly woven tracks make it challenging to pump up stats by placing additional rides and stalls either under or over the track. The front outside corner is exposed and available. Beyond that, if you want to pump the stats further than I did here, you'll have to do some work.
