One day, as the sisters were walking through the enchanted forest, they heard someone crying as the approached the pond. As they quietly approached, they could see a tiny Pixie, sobbing gently, with her wings drooping beside her. "We mustn't scare her!" whispered Patricia. "Yes," said Victoria, "let's approach her from across the pond." So they very quietly circled around the pond, so that the pond was between them and the Pixie. Then Victoria addressed the Pixie in her most reassuring voice, "May we help you? Please?" The Pixie was startled, and instantly flew into the air, and started to dart away. Victoria repeated, with music in her voice, "Please?" The Pixie stopped, hovered for just an instant, and then touched down on the ground. She wiped a tear away, and carefully eyed the two witches across the pond. Patricia beckoned her. The Pixie could feel the goodness in their hearts, so summoning up all her courage she flew across the pond, and whispered in Patricia's ear. "The children? They're unhappy? And have no place to play?" repeated Patricia. "My goodness! All this time and we did not know. How selfish we've been," said Patricia. "Yes, said Victoria. We must make amends straight away. Dear Pixie, with your help, we can make our lovely valley into a wonderful place for the children." So the three of them started walking around the lake, the witches working their magic, and the Pixie, who had some magic of her own, scattered her Pixie dust over the land. Almost before you could clap your hands, the valley was transformed. One place after another was touched with the magic. x "Excellent!" exclaimed Patricia. "Yes, indeed," echoed Victoria. "But there is another thing that we need." The Pixie and Patricia turned towards her. "A grand entrance, of course!" said Victoria. And they all agreed that this was a wonderful idea. So they walked towards the edge of the valley, and picked the perfect place. All three of them focused their magic, and the air was filled with sparkles. A glow came over the land and right before their eyes, the entrance appeared! The two witches giggled with delight. Then the Pixie flew up into the air, and hovered for a moment, then whispered into Victoria's ear. "Why of course!" exclaimed Victoria. "The children need more than just a pretty place, they will need rides and places to eat and all sorts of things!" Victoria sighed. "I'm afraid, Miss Pixie, that creating rides is beyond our magic." "Well," said Patricia, "Do you have any ideas, Miss Pixie?" The Pixie nodded and smiled, and told them she knew just what to do. And then, before you could clap your hands together, you heard a Pixie whispering in your ear, "Please, please, can you help us build our park?" Note: Users of the U.S. version of RCT2: The first time you start the scenario, the custom scenery may cause an "Error Trapper" which terminates RCT2 and returns you to the Windows desktop. If this occurs, please try it again. The first time, the custom scenery is "exported" to the ObjData directory prior to failure. The second attempt to start the scenario should be successful. If you already have some of this custom scenery, the scenario will probably start without error. Users of the Australian version of RCT2: The first play tester who attempted to use this scenario was unsuccessful. A second play tester was able to use the scenario, with the same results as the U.S. version. Users of the U.K. version of RCT2: Some players report difficulty running the scenario, while others encountered no problems. If you experience difficulty, be sure to try running the scenario at least twice. If that fails, try downloading and installing the custom scenery that was used in the scenario (the links are below); that possibly could provide a solution. The link "Download as game file" is the scenario on March 1, Year 1. I have not heard of any problems exporting custom scenery from game (.SV6) files; so this may also be a solution.
