I have downloaded the scenario and I love the scenario. I wish you could download the Harry Potter scenery without downloading the scenario, because I would like to save the Harry Potter scenery to disk so that I will have the scenery if my computer ever crashes again.

If you go into your ObjData folder, all of the Harry Potter scenery is easy to find, as it all begins with "HP" (as in HPXXXXXX.DAT).

Thanks, Digicub. I appreciate it.

As of yet it is unclear whether RCT3 will allow the importing of custom scenery, as RCT2 does.

However, even if it does allow for it... I'm not educated in the design within 3D polygon environments, so chances are unlikely that I'll be able to do so if the game permits.

If someone were to build an easy tool, however, that allowed you to convert RCT2 objects to RCT3 polygon/3D shapes... look for a Hogwarts castle you can explore all on your own. wink.gif

It should go into your RCT Objdata folder. That includes user created rides & scenery. If you have any other questions or problems, let us know! Hope that helps!

Thanks MidwestBoyInLA. I have both DatChecker and RCT Explorer. Since you told me what each Harry Potter Dat file started with HP, I will be able to recognize the files and save them to disk.
