track designs lost Options

I installed RCT2 and UCES on my second computer but I made a mistake installing UCES to the wrong folder (infogrames interactive, whereas RCT2 is in infogrames).
After finding that out, I decided to just copy the contents of the scenarios, tracks and object data folder to the appropriate folders in RCT2. But somewhere in the process the track designs have been lost, and the scenario files turned up in the track designs folder as well. :banana-confused:
Would it be best to de-install and re-install UCES, or is there an easier way to get them back?
