Supposedly this makes the peeps love to ride the rides.

I don't understand going into files and changing the code but some of you do.

This is what you do:

Open the options.txt using WordPad, then paste those lines of code in and save the changes. I'd copy the original options.txt file to another location just in case the changes you make crash the game. Then you can restore the original file and try again. Be sure to save the file using the same name "options.txt" so the game recognizes the changes and you should be set.

Knowing you can do this makes me wonder what else can be added to that file. Hmmmm.....
