--Where is the arcade?
--My Member No. is 122 but I was the 109th registered member. Why is this?

Answers
1) We do not have an arcade and right now we will not be getting one.
2) To the best of my knowledge from what I can tell it that it counts validating members. If those members to not finish validating their account drops off but the system still counts them. So in fact you were the 109th to fully register.

In addition, the member # is a consecutive count, which would take into account, as Kris suggested, validating members (who haven't finished registratio) and which also takes in to account deleted members.
