What video card will work best with RCT3 and SOAKED!
I am not sure because I don't have the game yet, but I think the ATIs cards will work fine because the game is affiliated with ATI...

You want an ATI Radeon series video card with at least 128 MB of video RAM onboard. You can find some good cards for as little as $50 which will run the game.
If you don't want an ATI card, you can get an Nvidia GeForce FX series card with at least 128 MB video ram. These are able to run the game, but RCT3 has been coded to run better with an ATI card.
No matter which card you get, you want to make sure that your drivers are up to date.
