I got the following error when opening RCT2 on my new laptop:



I open the game, it loads, then it flashes black, then the RCT2 main screen (extremely fuzzy), black, RCT2 main screen, then it gives me the error. It doesn't close the game, it just minimizes it, and everytime I try to maximize it, it gives me the error. Any ideas on how I could fix this?

Sounds like your monitor (set to 1440x900) doesn't like being forced to adjust for the game. Try to set your monitor resolution lower (right-click on your desktop and select PROPERTIES) - as close to 800x600 as you can get without going lower - and report back what happens then.

I set them to 800x600 and my entire screen went pixelized.
