No theres not, I dont think that could even be legal, to have someone staring at you, possibly groups of people. But they do have close pciture searches where you can see houses, possibly cars, but i dont think people.

Yeah, I believe it wouldn't be legal if it was live. There are few, few places where you can see people. If you look real close on the Statue of Liberty, you can see hundreds of tourists pouring out from the ferry.
Also, on a side note, stay on topic guys!

Right.
There are 4 Types of G.E.
Google Earth: Imagery and 3D data depict the entire earth - Terabytes of aerial and satellite imagery depict cities around the world in high-resolution detail BUT NOT LIVE. SATELLITE PICS FROM MONTHS AGO.
Google Earth Plus: Cost: $20
Same as above, but enables GPS useage, tracking etc...
Google Earth Pro:
Same as above, but suitable for commerical use, looking at client's adresses etc...
Google Earth Enterprise:
The Ultimate. Composes of...
1.Google Earth Fusion integrates your data - raster (imagery), GIS, terrain, and point data.
2.Google Earth Server streams data to client software (Google Earth EC)
3.Google Earth EC (Enterprise Client) viewing, printing, data authoring
